This sponsorship will take your company to the next level, whether it be the 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor…. Put your logo on the elevator doors and be the center of attention! Do you want to make sure that every attendee will get a hold of your swag? Here is the sponsorship for you! We will pre-stock each of our attendee trade show bags with your swag or promotional material. Maximum size of inserted piece is an 8 ½ x11” brochure. Show bags will be distributed at the registration desk. Limited to five sponsors.

What’s the best way to reach potential clients after they leave the trade show floor for a little refreshment? Put your logo or message on one or both sides of attractive full color bar coasters to be served with drinks in the Convention Center bar and restaurant areas. Exhibitor may claim any unused coasters to use for future events. Limited to one sponsor

Web Banner Advertising
Expand your advertising with rotating billboard web banners. Contact your sales rep today to reserve space. Your web banner ad will be placed in a flash rotation with three other advertisements. Limited to four advertisers per rotation for term of ad per page placement. You may also include a link to your web site. Priority will be on a first come, first served basis depending on ins.

Program Guide and Attendee Registration Packet
Our Program Guide is used as a reference tool by all attendees throughout the year giving your company repeat exposure months after the conference has ended. This year we have combined the advertising in our Program Guide with our Attendee Registration Packet. This means that not only will your ad be in the 200 page program guide, but it will also be included in the registration packet that is mailed to all potential Attendees months before the conference. It is two ads for the price of one.
