Hotel Bar Coasters  $1,500
What's the best way to reach potential clients after they leave the trade show floor for a little refreshment? Put your logo or message on one or both sides of attractive full color bar coasters to be served with drinks in Convention Center bar and restaurant areas. Limited to one sponsor.

Name Badge Lanyards  $1,500

Official Coffee Sponsor - Four days of Exposure!  $1,300
Make your name synonymous with coffee. Your logo will be featured in black ink placed on disposable cups at strategically positioned coffee break stations. Do you want to make sure that every attendee will get a hold of your swag? Here is the sponsorship for you! We will pre-stock each of our attendee trade show bags with your promotional material. Show bags will be distributed at the registration desk. .

Web Banner Advertising   1 Month: $150   3 Months: $250   6 Months: $425
Expand your advertising with rotating billboard web banners. Contact your sales rep today to reserve space. Your web banner ad will be placed in a flash rotation with three other advertisements. You may also include a link to your web site. Priority will be on a first come, first served basis.

Floor Talker  $400 each or 3 for $1,000
Watch your step.Stick your logo at the feet of every attendee! Your logo or graphic will be printed on durable vinyl and literally stuck onto the floor at the conference. With this unique sponsorship you will also be stuck in the minds of everyone in attendance! Contact your representative for floor locations.

Door Talkers  $400 each
This sponsorship will take your company to the next level, whether it be the 3rd floor, 4th floor, 5th floor.. Put your logo on the elevator doors and be the center of attention! This is an excellent way to take advantage of a captive audience and guarantees you will be remembered long after they exit the elevator. Limited to five sponsors. (3ft wide by 4ft tall)
